Snowbird

This year, Brian's company had their Sales Awards Banquet at Snowbird. After a tense drive up the canyon (bumper to bumper traffic riding the brakes all the way up), we finally arrived. Brian had been there all day for meetings and all the kids wanted to do was swim. Mission accomplished on the swimming for about 17 minutes before we had to go to the big awards banquet.

Austin & Caitlin joined the party after all the awards and one of Brian's co-workers challenged Austin to a Guitar Hero duel (they had Guitar Hero and Rock Star contests in the ballroom after the dinner). It was pretty tense and no, this isn't a picture from the actual duel. Caitlin has inherited my superstitious side and told me it would be bad luck if I took a picture during the duel. It started out close, but in the end, Austin prevailed by about 30,000 points. No trophies on this one - just the $20 bucks that was bet on the duel.
